Referral program

Referrals turn your network into recurring revenue: every team that signs up through your personal link keeps paying you a share of what they spend on Leadgram, for as long as they stay active. Here's exactly how the program works, what the tiers pay, where to find your link and promo codes, how payouts work and what to watch out for.

How the program works

  • Referrals is a two-level (L1/L2) system: L1 is anyone who signs up through your personal link directly. L2 is anyone THEY refer (your referrals' referrals). It stops at two levels.
  • Commission is earned only when a referral spends real money: a debit from their Main balance bucket. Spending from a bonus or welcome credit doesn't generate commission.
  • Every commission credit lands in your own Referral bucket, a balance bucket alongside Main and Bonus: spend it on tracking or withdraw it.
  • Self-referrals are blocked server-side: referring yourself, or entering your own code, is a no-op.
  • Attribution only happens at signup and is one-shot: a referral code has to be applied within minutes of the account being created. There's no way to retroactively attach an existing account to your link.

Tiers: Silver, Gold, Black

Your commission rate depends on your status:

  • Silver (default, everyone starts here) - 5% on L1, 2.5% on L2.
  • Gold (from $100 lifetime commission) - 7% on L1, 3.5% on L2.
  • Black (from $1000 lifetime commission) - 10% on L1, 5% on L2.

Status is sticky-up: it only ever moves forward. Once you hit Black it stays Black forever, even if your referral activity slows down afterwards.

Anyone who signs up through it is attributed to you automatically and, by default, also receives a one-time $10 signup bonus of their own.

Promo codes are a separate mechanic from your personal link: a promo credits a fixed bonus amount to the new account's non-withdrawable Bonus balance, not a percentage. Some promo codes are also linked to a partner's branded program: entering one of those attributes the signup to that partner instead of paying out on your personal tier, so the two channels never double-pay the same signup.

Payouts

Commission lands in your Referral bucket the moment it's earned, and every credit shows up in the commissions list on Referrals. The Referral bucket is withdrawable, same as Main.

Self-serve payouts by card or crypto aren't live yet. For now, request a withdrawal from Referrals: support needs the amount, the bucket (Main or Referral) and your crypto address.

Partner programs

For partners we run individual branded programs with custom terms. If you're a larger publisher or influencer and the standard tiers don't fit your volume, contact support to discuss a dedicated arrangement.

Common pitfalls

  • Sharing your link with someone who already has an account does nothing: attribution only works within minutes of signup, and only once per account.
  • Referring yourself (registering through your own link or code) is a blocked self-reference; it never counts, on either side.
  • A referral's bonus-funded spend earns you nothing. Commission is calculated only on their real, Main-bucket spend. While they're burning their own welcome bonus, you earn $0 from them.
  • Status only ever climbs: there's no risk of losing Gold or Black from a quiet month, but there's also no shortcut. It's driven purely by lifetime commission earned, nothing else.
